Domestic Shipping Policies

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with exceptions to products that are made to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some items may be shipped in separate packaging. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipments to P.O Boxes

Eat.Read.Love ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

Eat.Read.Love is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If you provide an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that your order is refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
