Lunar Prosperity Set

I’m very pleased with the exceptional quality of every item. I was very excited when I saw the set, and ( unusually for me) ordered it right away. It actually came faster than I expected. I was very pleased at first, with everything. Simply stunning! However, as I opened I realized that several items were missing. My heart sank. I didn’t know what to do. It took me a while to find a way to communicate with the customer service. I wrote out my problem and waited. In just one day, I had a message back, and was told that they would get the rest out asap. I wasn’t sure, But, exactly as promised, I received the rest of my order in just a few days! I’m so happy to say that they (or was it Sal) made everything right! Unfortunately problems do happen and they can be disappointing. But, when a company makes things right, no fuss, no questions asked, no long delays; it is refreshing and restoring. It makes things seem better than if it had been right the first time! I’m completely satisfied with all of my purchase. The quality is superb, the design is simple and beautiful. I, happily, can say that the same for the customer service. Very beautiful and craftsmanship is exceptional. I love all my bracelets. Double Pioux bracelet is just gorgeous and weight on it is nice and not too heavy, my wrists are small so it’s not too big either, powerful energy pleasantly surprised, Thank you Sal!
